Find your 'Play Games' icon and open it
Tap the 3 dots at the top right of the screen (settings)
Scroll down to 'Your Data' and tap 'Delete Play Games acount & data'
Find the individual game data you wish to delete from the list on your phone (example above). Tap 'Delete'.
